Service Delivery Controller - Derby HQ

A vacancy has arisen for individuals to join DCRail based in the derby HQ As a Service Delivery Controller on a full-time basis.

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Service Delivery Controller. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of services to our customers. 

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage all aspects of the daily train running plan.
• Maintain a daily running log detailing running information & associated paperwork.
• Monitor train crew fatigue & complete exceedance reports.
• Work alongside DCRail train crew to produce valid train lists utilising TOPS & TRUST.
• Central point of contact for incidents / emergencies & activation of relevant emergency plans.

• Safety conscious with the ability to remain calm in emergency situations.
• Must live within a commutable distance.

Ground Staff - London

A vacancy has arisen for individuals to join DCRail based within the London Area as a Ground Staff Member on a full-time basis.

The successful applicants will join our Ground Staff Team and will need to be safety focused whilst also committed to delivering a reliable and on time service.

Responsibilities:

• Load examinations
• Relevant Safety checks
• Conducting safe shunting operations in accordance to the relevant Railway rules and regulations with the goal of dispatching trains safely and on time.

Requirements:

• Clean, full UK driving license
• At least two years previous operational experience is desirable but not essential
• Flexible attitude to working hours
• Safety conscious with the ability to remain calm in emergency situations
• Must live within the London / Home Counties Area

You will receive:

• A minimum salary of

- £73,008 Per Annum (36 Hours)

- £54,756 Per Annum (27 Hours)

• Lodging allowance
• Opportunity for overtime
